MANILA, Philippines — Greg Slaughter can’t wait to be again on the courtroom after taking a shock sabbatical final February.

Slaughter, like many Filipino basketball followers on Friday evening, was revved up after being handled to a collection of video games that began with a pair of do-or-die Philippine Cup semifinals clashes and ended with Gilas Pilipinas’ first sport in 9 months.
